-
An unavailable product.
-
Incorrect delivery or billing information.

An unsuccessful payment authorisation.

Suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Delivery Locations and Shipping Costs
offerora currently delivers throughout the United Kingdom.
We provide free standard delivery on eligible wall art orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Our standard delivery schedule is:
-
Order processing: 1–2 working days.
-
Delivery after dispatch: 3–5 working days.
-
Estimated total delivery time: 4–7 working days from purchase.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Delays may occasionally result from adverse weather, courier disruptions, transport difficulties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days as required by applicable UK consumer law.
Please consult our Shipping Policy for further information.
10. Parcel Tracking and Delivery Signatures
Tracking details are normally provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can use the tracking reference to monitor your parcel through the relevant delivery provider.
Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch confirmation.
For orders exceeding £200, the courier may require a signature upon delivery.
Customers should ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel where a signature is necessary.
11. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible physical products.
Under our standard returns policy, returned products must generally:
-
Be unused and in their original condition.
-
Include their original packaging.
-
Contain all supplied accessories and components.
-
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
-
Meet any additional eligibility conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.
To arrange a standard return, please contact our customer support team before sending the product back.
Once approved, we will provide:
-
A prepaid return shipping label.
-
Return packaging and dispatch instructions.
-
A Return Authorisation Number (RA#).
The RA# must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return parcel.
Approved returns using our supplied label are free of return shipping charges.
For exchanges, the original product must first be returned and approved. A separate order can then be placed for the replacement product, with any applicable credit used towards the new purchase.
These commercial procedures do not restrict your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
12. Refund Processing
Returned products are inspected after reaching our returns facility.
The standard inspection period is 3–5 working days.
For approved returns under our commercial returns policy:
-
Refunds are normally issued within 5–7 working days of approval.
-
Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
-
Banks and payment providers may require an additional 3–10 working days for the funds to appear.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe, generally no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back.
Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
13. Return Exclusions
Certain products may be excluded from our voluntary 30-day returns policy, including:
-
Personalised or made-to-order artwork.
-
Prints featuring customer-supplied text, photographs or designs.
-
Products identified as final-sale or clearance items.
-
Articles damaged after delivery through misuse, improper handling or inadequate care.
These restrictions do not override your statutory rights.
Sale and clearance products retain applicable legal cancellation and faulty-goods protections.
14. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers purchasing online generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to cancel an order without giving a reason.
After notifying us of cancellation, customers normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain exemptions apply, including products made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day returns policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must also be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Consumers may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement where these standards are not met.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits those legal protections.
15. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the product purchased, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Examples include:
-
Torn or damaged prints.
-
Damaged protective packaging.
-
Incorrect artwork or designs.
-
Wrong sizes or colour variations.
-
Missing items or components.
-
Products that do not match the order.
We may request photographs or relevant order details to assist with reviewing the issue.
Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with UK consumer law.
16. Personalised Artwork
Where customisation is available, the relevant product page will describe the available options.
Customers are responsible for checking any submitted text, photographs, design preferences and other personalised details before ordering.
Once production has started, personalised orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation under our standard order procedures.
Products genuinely made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
However, customers retain their legal remedies if a personalised product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
17. Website Information and Corrections
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and current.
Occasionally, errors may occur in:
-
Product descriptions.
-
Prices and promotional information.
-
Stock availability.
-
Product specifications.
-
Images or formatting.
-
Other published information.
We may correct inaccurate information when identified.
If an error affects an existing order, we will contact the customer where necessary and arrange an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content belonging to offerora, including its branding, graphics, layouts, original text, product photography and other protected materials, is subject to applicable intellectual property laws.
Our website content is provided for personal browsing and shopping purposes.
Without appropriate permission, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit protected materials except where legally permitted.
Purchasing a wall art print does not automatically grant ownership of the intellectual property rights associated with its artwork or design.
19. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
Where customer reviews, photographs or comments are accepted, you agree that submitted content must:
-
Be genuine, accurate and lawful.
-
Respect the rights of other individuals.
-
Avoid abusive, defamatory or misleading statements.
-
Contain no harmful software or malicious links.
-
Not impersonate another person or misrepresent a purchasing experience.
By submitting content for publication, you grant offerora a non-exclusive permission to display and reproduce that content in connection with the relevant website features, subject to applicable law.
Additional permission may be requested for uses beyond the original submission purpose, such as promotional advertising.
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these conditions or applicable law.
20. Third-Party Providers
Our online store may use external service providers for essential business operations, including:
-
Payment processing through PayPal.
-
Courier and delivery services.
-
Website hosting and technical functionality.
-
Order preparation and fulfilment.
-
Customer communications.
-
Website analytics and performance monitoring.
Third-party providers may operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
Although we do not control their independent systems, this does not remove any legal responsibilities we owe to our customers.
21. External Websites
Some pages on offerora.shop may contain links to external websites.
These websites are independently operated and may have different terms, security measures or privacy practices.
We do not control their content or availability and are not responsible for their independent activities, except where required by law.
We encourage you to review the relevant policies before using external services.
22. Unacceptable Website Conduct
When accessing offerora.shop, you must not:
-
Attempt fraudulent purchases or payments.
-
Gain unauthorised access to website systems.
-
Upload malware, viruses or harmful code.
-
Disrupt website operations or security.
-
Extract website content unlawfully.
-
Submit fraudulent reviews or false information.
-
Impersonate other customers or organisations.
-
Misuse promotional codes or returns procedures.
-
Resell or commercially redistribute protected products or content without required permission.
-
Engage in any activity prohibited by applicable law.
We may take proportionate action against suspected abuse, including restricting access or cancelling fraudulent orders, where legally permitted.
23. Website Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable and accessible online shopping experience.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical failures or disruptions affecting external providers.
We may change or temporarily suspend website features where reasonably necessary.
We cannot guarantee continuous, error-free availability, although this does not affect our contractual or statutory obligations.
24. Responsibility and Liability
offerora is responsible for meeting its legal obligations in relation to products sold and services provided.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
-
Breaches of statutory consumer rights.
-
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Your protections under applicable UK consumer legislation remain fully effective.
25. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply wherever legally possible.
Any affected provision will be interpreted in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
26. Restriction or Termination of Access
You may stop using our website at any time.
We may restrict or suspend access to specific features where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user has engaged in fraud, breached these conditions or created a genuine security risk.
Such measures will not remove rights arising from properly concluded purchases.
27. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
If a disagreement arises concerning an order or our services, we encourage customers to contact our support team first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, customers may pursue the remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms prevents consumers from bringing proceedings before a court with jurisdiction under the relevant legal rules.
28. Amendments to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing accepted order unless permitted by law or agreed by the parties.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
29. Customer Support and Contact Details
If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, product information, payments, delivery or an existing purchase, our customer support team is available to assist.
We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day, although responses may occasionally take longer during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods.
